Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
